and I am a creative leader + community builder with 15+ years of experience turning storytelling into strategy and strategy into impact. I'm not new to this — I’ve been building rabid, culture-shifting audiences across social, digital, and experiential platforms long before “community” became a buzzword.
As an award-winning Executive Creative Director, writer, and director, I’ve led 360° campaigns across AV, print, social, branded content, and live experiences—earning Clio, GEMA, and Emmy recognition while shaping narratives for iconic brands and IPs like FX, Netflix, VH1, BET and more.
From fueling fandoms at BET and VH1 to driving global engagement for Netflix titles like She’s Gotta Have It and Dead to Me, my superpower is building work that moves culture and builds community. Most recently at Disney’s CreativeWorks, I led branded storytelling for FX, merging high-end creative with cultural currency through campaigns for The Bear, Fargo, Atlanta, and more—alongside partners like American Express, Stella Artois, and Tiffany & Co.
In 2025, I launched BTW™ — my creative imprint and community for Black women creatives, executives + entrepreneurs. BTW is a soft online + IRL space for powerful Black women redefining worth, work, and what we deserve — together. Starting with That Work — my podcast that unpacks the attachment between our self-worth and our work titles. Season 1 is available wherever you get your podcasts, with full episodes streaming on YouTube @TunisiaBTW. Through platform + community building, BTW is inspired by my past work creative consulting + directing for Oprah Winfrey, Tia Mowry, and Facebook -- brands that wanted to speak to Black women authentically.
When I’m not working, I’m probably binge-watching TV and TikTok, baking something sweet, or planning my next international shopping trip.
