Hi, I am Tunisia Z. Wilson,

I’m an award-winning Creative Director and storyteller with over a decade of experience shaping culture through strategy, narrative, and design. My work lives at the intersection of creativity and community, where storytelling becomes infrastructure and purpose meets impact.

Through BTW Studios, I partner with studios, brands, executives, and entrepreneurs to develop creative direction, campaigns, and experiential strategies that move audiences and drive meaningful connections. Whether it’s shaping a brand identity, producing content, or crafting a narrative framework, I help vision-led partners bring their stories to life with clarity, intention, and culture-first thinking.

BTW Studios is also home to my community work, where I create spaces, conversations, and programs designed to help women, especially those leading from the margins, reclaim their soft power and define success on their own terms. From my podcast, That Work to live experiences, I build worlds where women can breathe, lead, and belong with the understanding that our worth > work.

Previously, I’ve directed, led creative campaigns, and brand storytelling across media and entertainment brands, including Netflix, Disney, FX, and BET.

Whether I’m leading a national brand campaign or hosting an intimate community dinner, my goal remains the same: to build work that works—for us.
